These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by ZACHARIAS MANAGEMENT REALTY LLC, operating as Zacharias Realty Management.

Consent

Our program includes optional marketing messages about property-management services and separate tenant-service messages about inquiries, maintenance coordination, appointments, and service updates. The contact form offers service updates only; the subscription form offers recurring automated marketing text messages. Each requires your affirmative prior express written consent for the selected program at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving services. SMS enrollment is optional and checkboxes are not preselected.

You must be at least 18 years old and be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for applicable charges. Delivery depends on your carrier and device. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, US Cellular, and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Naming a carrier does not guarantee program availability on its network.

Opt out and support

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to cancel. Other reasonable expressions of a request to stop are also accepted. You may receive one non-marketing confirmation of your opt-out; no further marketing messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for help, call +1 (740) 324-1510 during office hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding public holidays), or email [email protected]. You may also contact the program operator by mail at the address below. SMS is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, call 911.

Revoking consent

Consent is revocable by any reasonable method, including replying STOP or similar language, emailing [email protected], calling +1 (740) 324-1510, or mailing ZACHARIAS MANAGEMENT REALTY LLC, 37 Tara Dr, Roslyn, NY 11576. Requests are honored promptly and within the timeframe required by law, no later than ten business days after receipt. You do not need to use one exclusive method or provide a reason.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the information categories we collect and how they are used. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Messaging hours

Messages sent only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. recipient's local time. We apply any stricter hours required by applicable law.
